Although we are highlighting the siding on this home, we don’t want to fail to mention the following:

We retrofitted 8 Velux Curb Mount Skylights to 4 existing openings; A new Certainteed Landmark 30 Roof; New custom ventilation (intake & exhaust); AZEK Trim work overlays to complement period accuracy; We have yet to install the Architectural Shutters, but update will follow; Half Round Gutter and Round Spout was added to keep in the turn-of-the-century theme.
