When presented with a contemporary home, we first try to share the vision of the architect. This particular home has an angular footprint with a focus on the front. We decided to accentuate the existing lines and "go with them," so as to not fight the original design of the home.

The home had several flashing problems that we also rectified. One of which is a skylight that was leaking and desperately required replacing.

Our client was open to all of our suggestions and we were given creative latitude to bring out the best in this home. The photos below show off the effects we were so honored to deliver. A simple "mouse-over" on some of the photos will reveal some of the "before shots."
