The Apron Flashing in the front has blind fastening, unlike the status quo of the industry where face nails are used along with roof cement and other unprofessional methodology. The copper Counter Flashing was carefully set into 1" Diamond Blade Cut Reglet Joints and the steps are all the same size. This chimney looks as if this is the original flashing.
